資訊科技的發展日新月異,其觸角從傳統營利機構的大型資訊系統,延伸至學校的校務行政系統,同樣追求組織運作的效率及效能。在校務行政中,九年一貫課程的實施後,定期考成績的處理越形多元化與複雜化,因此一個成功的定期考成績處理系統對於學校績效的提升成為不可或缺的工具。
目前國民中學對於定期考成績處理,正式系統只有臺灣省教育廳於民國七十八年開發,卻從民國八十六年後停止維護的資訊系統。因此多數學校以自行開發或購買軟體方式以符合需求。本研究即根據使用者需求,自行開發一套國民中學定期考成績處理系統。
針對此一系統,本研究採用Delone & Mclean的資訊系統成功模式進行評估。歸納整理出影響系統成功的構面為「系統品質」、「資訊品質」、「服務品質」及「系統使用」,且各構面對於系統成功模式皆有顯著影響,而以「資訊品質」影響最為顯著。其中各構面中的變數對於系統成功有顯著影響的為「系統品質」中的「容易使用性」及「調適性」、在資訊品質中的「完整性」及「螢幕易讀性」、在服務品質中的「同理心」、在系統使用中的「系統各項功能的使用」。根據研究結果,發現無論是在資訊系統規劃或是開發的同時,除了顧慮到製作資訊系統本身的品質之外,還必須兼顧到使用者的意見及建議,並以使用者的角度來設計,才能發展出符合使用者需求的資訊系統。
Due to the ever-increasing rapid development of information technology, its application areas have expanded form traditional large information systems of for-profit organizations to non-profit academic organizations in search for operational efficiency as well as effectiveness. After the Implementation of the Grade 1-9 Curriculum Plan, the processing of term grades has turned more and more diversified and complicated. Consequently, a successful term grad processing system has been an essential tool for enhancing teaching performance.
Formally, the term grad processing system of junior high schools in Taiwan follows official version developed in 1989, which has stopped maintenance since 1997. As a result, most junior schools meet their requirements by either developing or outsourcing their systems. This study bases on users requirements to develop such system.
In order to evaluate this system, this study adopts Delone & McLean‘s Information Success Model. Major findings can be listed as follows: (1) critical dimensions regarding term grad processing system’s success are: “system quality”, “information quality”, “service quality”, and “system usage”; among them, information quality plays the most important role, (2) factors with significant influences are “easy to use” and “adaptability” form “system quality”; “completeness” and “screen design” form “information quality”; “empathy” from “service quality”; and “functional usage” from “system usage”.
The major implications of these findings are during every stage of system development life cycle, system developer should emphasis not only technical, but also managerial and organizational aspects to come out with information system that meets users’ genuine requirements.
