工商業發達的現在,個人化意識的抬頭,大量式生產的產品已經無法滿足大部分的客戶,為了滿足顧客個人化的需求。大量客製化的概念因應而生,而在其中的關鍵成功因素就在於模組化的程度。透過模組化,可以讓產品設計師、製造廠商到顧客端擁有合理的產品的彈性,可藉由此方式提高提升創新效率。擺脫以往對產品知識經驗,以客觀的方式產品得到不同的組合,達到創新的目的。

本論文以大量客製化為出發點,深入探討模組化相關研究,找出適合大量客製化的模組化方式Generic BOM。利用Generic BOM多變數表示的特性。將產品元件利用「功能模組化」「需求客製化」的觀點加以分析其元件。利用模組化的單元特性,導入延遲差異化的概念,使模組間重新排列得到不同需求的商品,卻可以滿足顧客個人化的需求。使大量客製化的生產方式得以實踐。
Nowadays, as consumerism is rising, mass production cannot satisfy most of the clients. In order to meet customer’s personal needs, the concept of mass Customization derives. The key to success is the level of Modularity, which enables the product designers, manufacturers, and clients to have reasonable flexibility of products. Through this method, it will enhance the originality and efficiency; get rid of the known experience of the product knowledge, and get different combination of products in a more objective way.

This thesis begins with mass Customization, and discusses related researches of Modularity so as to find out Generic BOM that is appropriate for mass Customization and to make use of the characteristics of GBOM’s variables. I will analyze the elements in the standpoints of function modularity and need customization as well as modularity to induce the concept of genetic regulation, to make the re-arrangement of models to get different products that can satisfy customer’s personal needs, and to put mass Customization into practice.
