企業的競爭模式由以往的單打獨鬥變成了供應鏈與供應鏈的抗衡,所以為了避免被時代潮流淘汰,供應鏈管理是現今企業必須採行的管理模式,因此,如何去選擇存貨策略來整合供應鏈系統內部運作是重要關鍵所在。
目前企業在存貨的管控方面,多以增加庫存量的方式來降低缺貨的發生,進而提升顧客的服務水準。但如此一來庫存成本相對增加,造成系統總成本的增加。因此,如何設定適當的存貨管控模式以節省系統總成本,是管理階層的重要課題。
本研究將針對物流供應鏈中的存貨管理問題加以探討,配合實務上常用的週期性補貨模式,將緊急訂購的觀念加入週期性補貨模式中,並利用模擬方式,找出正常訂購與緊急訂購的最佳服務水準組合,並以變動相關成本參數來做一比較與討論,提供給經營管理階層做為改善系統成本的參考模式。
Enterprise's competition pattern fought alone by the former singles turns has supplied the chain with to supply chain's contending with, therefore to avoid by the trend of the times elimination, supplies the chain management is the nowadays enterprise must pick the line of management pattern, therefore, how chose the goods in stock strategy to come the conformity supply chain system interior operation is the important key is.
Currently, in inventory control area, most company reduced the risk of supply shortage by adding inventory, and then promoted the service level. However it caused the increase on inventory cost, and increase the total system cost further. Therefore, how to design a suitable inventory control model to decrease the total system cost is becoming an important search problem on management level.
The study is aimed to the inventory system problem in supply chain. I add the emergency ordering policy into the periodic review policy which is commonly adopted in business models. Beside, in order to find the best combinative mode of service level between emergency orders and regular orders, we simulate different model under different correlation costs and compare them. I hope it should be taken as a serious strategy in supply-chain management to improve a system’s model.
