本研究的目的是探討以特別衛教介入措施對於腎臟移植患者之感染相關知識、健康信念、健康控制重心、藥物遵從性與感染相關之自我照顧行為的影響。採單組縱貫性研究設計，以立意取樣方式收案。研究工具包括基本資料表、感染預防知識量表、健康信念量表、健康控制重心量表、服藥自我報告、感染相關之自我照顧行為量表與腎臟移植患者預防及避免感染之手冊。研究對象為北部兩家醫學中心腎臟移植專科門診腎臟移植術後滿一個月的患者，於93年12月6日至95年4月30日共收得有效樣本41位。所得資料以SPSS10.0版套裝軟體進行建檔，以描述性統計方法、無母數統計方法及有母數統計方法等進行資料分析。
研究結果顯示：一、特別衛教確能提升腎臟移植患者的感染照護知識與藥物遵從性。二、腎臟移植患者的感染照護知識後測第一次與後測第二次的知識得分顯著較前測的知識得分高，但兩次後測間無顯著差異。三、特別衛教對健康信念與自覺疾病嚴重度的認知上顯示會因時間的增加而降低。四、當特別衛教提升了腎臟移植患者的感染照護知識，其藥物遵從性亦會有所改善。五、特別衛教對於感染照護知識方面雖有顯著增加，但由於採取健康行為的利益與採取健康行為的障礙上分數偏低，所以仍然會影響自我照顧行為的成效。
特別衛教對腎臟移植患者在某些方面是有正面的影響，此可提供護理人員在面對腎臟移植患者於出院及門診追蹤時衛教介入的參考。

The purpose of this study was to explore the impact of specific education on knowledge about the infection care, health belief, health locus of control, medication compliance and self-care behavior for kidney transplants. The study was conducted by using time-series quasi-experimental research design. A total of 41 patients who met inclusion criteria were included from the kidney transplantation outpatient department at two medical centers in the northern Taiwan. The data collected included demographic data, infection knowledge questionnaire, health belief scale, Multidimensional Health Locus of Control scale, compliance Self-report assessment tool and self-care scale. Data analysis was performed by the SPSS 10/WIN software package.
The results indicated: 1.Specific education increased the knowledge of renal transplants about the infection care and medication compliance. 2.After specific education, the scores of infection care obtained from first and second post-intervention tests significantly higher than that of pretest, however, there were no difference in the scores between the two post-tests. 3.Specific education had negative effects on the perceived disease severity and health belief. 4. The increased knowledge of infection control care could improve medication compliance but have no benefit on health belief.
The specific education could effectively improve certain behavior for transplantation patients, it can also provide a referance for nurses in the health education for OPD or outpatients.
