The speedy information transferring and network development have caused the human advancement. Land information is an important accordance to drive national construction and land administration. The land information management can bring convenient to public and promote the competition for the country. A public staff can fetch complete land information to increase business efficiency. When a construction engineer performs land development, one must obtain related land information and observe project site to appraise land value. Wireless network, GIS and GPS combined with land information can reduce fetching time for searching data, avoid mistakes as well as increase efficiency. This study collected related land documents to confer Pocket PC for establishing system. This study uses ER/Studio to construct database and uses Delphi and PDA to build interface. On the PC side the system is designed in WindowsTM environment and on the PDA side the system is designed on Windows Mobil 5 of Pocket PC. Some real land data are used to test the system functionality. Through the help of the system, user can search related land information anytime and anywhere that save tremendous search-time. People can immediately view current condition drawing of the site and easily go to the project site by GPS system. This can significantly promote efficiency of handling land information.
