The purpose of this research is to examine the influence among organization innovation, trust, and knowledge sharing and employee effectiveness, talking the automobile component industry as research objects. 400 questionnaires were sent out from 16 April to 7 May of 2007 and 240 questionnaires were returned, deducting 19 invalid questionnaires, 221 effective questionnaires were collected. The questionnaire retrieve rate is 55.25%. The data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, factor analysis, reliability analysis, validity analysis, praeson product moment correlation and multiple regression analysis to measure the relationship amongst the constructs. Our results indicate that all testable hypotheses are supported by statistical significant, the following are findings: 1. The organization innovation no significantly influences on the trust, knowledge sharing and employee effectiveness. 2. The trust has significantly influences on employee effectiveness. 3. The knowledge sharing has significantly influences on employee effectiveness. 4. The trust to manger very important role in trust. It can strengthen influence of members on value commitment, retention commitment, task performance and contextual performance.
