臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

From the viewpoint of space planning, this research is trying to optimize the quality of historical site, and effective management and maintenance, and to carry out the new definition of Historical Site Operation in the new age. Based on this concept, the site is treated as an enterprise management. Dadaocheng Historic Zone has several special business streets, historical buildings, and old business,…, etc. From the stand point of culture tourism development and local industry promotion, these resources will be able to push the redevelopment of local economy. This thesis emphasized mainly on the management strategies. The research is not only defines Dadaocheng District as a historical cultural industry center, but also formulates the strategies for its future development.
