本研究旨在探討JIT及時化系統導入與工作倦怠間之關係與影響,主要假設JIT及時化系統與工作倦怠呈現正比。
本研究以國內導入JIT及時化系統相關作法公司為樣本,針對從業人員採取問卷調查方式進行便利抽樣。
本研究結果發現,個人變項在JIT及時化系統導入程度無顯著差異,研究結果假設1未獲支持。惟依個人變項平均值之差異比較,不同性別、婚姻、年齡教育、程度服務、年資職位對JIT及時化系統導入程度感受程度有不同感受;個人變項之「年齡、婚姻」在工作倦怠具顯著差異,研究結果假設2-2、2-3獲得支持。另依個人變項平均值之差異比較,不同性別、婚姻、年齡教育、程度服務、年資職位對工作倦怠感受程度有不同感受;JIT及時化系統與工作倦怠呈正向關係,由迴歸係數可知標準化=0.023,達統計顯著水準(p<0.05),研究結果假設3獲得支持;JIT及時系統各構面之「存貨系統」與工作倦怠關係,在加入人口控制變數後呈現顯著相關。
The purpose of this research is to study the relationship and influence with JIT and Job Burn Out (JBO). The major hypothesis is that the JIT and JBO are in the direct proportion.
The research sampled domestic companies which used JIT system. The questionnaires were handed out to employees of those companies in order to carry out the sampling survey.
It has been found out that there are no obvious differences between personel variable and JIT. Comparing with the average value of personel variable, people with different gender/marriage/education & age/services/seniority & position share different feelings of JIT. In JOB, the personel variables of age/marriage show obvious differences. The result supports the hypothesis of 2-2, 2-3. Comparing with the average value of personel variable, people with different gender/marriage/education and age/services/ seniority and position share different feelings of JOB. The JIT and JBO are in the direct proportion. According to the regression coefficient, we know that standardization=0.023 which reaches the obvious level (p<0.05). The result supports the hypothesis of 3.
In the component of JIT, “Inventory system” and the relationship with JBO, the research shows there are obvious related when the variable of population control is added into them.
