製程能力分析主要的目的是在衡量及評估製程所生產的產品是否有達到設計者的要求或客戶所設定規格界限內的能力。目前已被視為品管活動中,不可或缺的一環。透過製程能力分析,生產者可以評估產品各項品質特性的製程水準,並對製程能力較差的生產線或品質特性進行改善與追蹤。而需求端(客戶)則可利用製程能力分析,了解供應端(供應商)所能提供的製程能力是否達到要求,進而做為選擇較佳供應端的依據。
本研究針對近幾年來,相關學者所提出以製程能力指標,做為供應商評估及選擇之方法進行整理,探討各評估方法的架構與理論基礎,並分析各方法之特性。利用電腦程式/語言MATLAB 7.0將有關應用Cpm指標於選擇供應商的各種評估方法加以撰寫,在同ㄧ基礎環境下以模擬方式對四種供應商評選方法進行型一誤差分析及檢定力比較,並依檢定力水準求得各模式的樣本需求數。最後,藉一實例說明如何利用所得結果進行供應商評選。
Process capability indices have been widely used to provide numerical measures of whether a process is capable of reproducing items within specification limits preset by designers or customers. In this paper, we first give a brief introduction of methods for supplier selection based on Cpm index. Type I error and power analysis of four selection methods are investigated by using simulation technique, and find the sample size required for designated selection power. To make the recommended method for in-plant applications, a real-world example is also presented for illustration.
