在面對二十一世紀的知識經濟時代,企業中的個人與組織都必需尋求及學習知識,並將知識傳遞與分享給其他的成員,知識擁有者要有意願將自己所學得的知識傳授給知識接受者,且知識接受者也要有意願去學習所需要的知識。如此,才能為企業建構出成功的知識管理系統並與提升企業的競爭優勢。
由於知識管理技術應用在專案管理上,在國內外已有許多的文獻發表。而本研究則提出以5W1H方式,將個案專案依其所需之內容進行系統性分析,以便探討企業導入知識管理的主要考量因素、瞭解推行知識管理所遭遇到的障礙。以及從知識管理價值鏈的角度,解決分散各處的龐雜資訊,最佳方案便是成立集中控管機制,以達到整合資訊系統、匯總資訊的目的。藉由匯總資訊,本研究則將其中的資訊萃取出有用的知識予以應用。由於知識具有流動、分散、易消失的特性,企業知識管理的單一入口網站的需求即因此而生,理想的企業知識系統,是以知識管理軟體以集中管理方法,良好的儲存架構建制企業所遺留下來的知識,並提供管理者掌控組織內部的時程運作。
To cope with the era of knowledge economy in the 21st century, both the individuals and the organization of a corporation must seek for and learn knowledge, and even deliver and share it with other team members such that an organizational knowledge management system can be successfully built and furthermore can promote the corporation’s competitiveness. To reach the aim, the knowledge owner shall be willing to deliver the knowledge he or she learned to the knowledge receiver, and the knowledge receiver must have the intention to learn the knowledge.

About the concept of applying Knowledge Management (KM) in Project Management (PM), there are a lot of international and domestic research works being completed. In this research, a simple and practical methodology, 5W1H, is employed to conduct case study and content analysis, in which the major concerned factors, the possible obstacles encountered and the value of KM from the viewpoint of value chain are discussed when KM is guided into the corporation. To solve the dispersed and complicated information, the best solution is to establish a centralized control mechanism in order to achieve the goal of integrating data systems and information consolidation. Through information consolidation, we may extract useful knowledge for future applications. Due to the specific features of knowledge – liquidity, dispersion and easiness of disappearance, the needs for single portal site of an enterprise KM system become a must. An ideal enterprise KM system is to employ KM software for centralized administration and to create a good data storage structure for the accumulation of handing-down knowledge in the corporation such that it can provide project managers for the effective internal control on schedule/timing, cost and quality.
