This research is according to training needs assessment and job satisfaction. Probe into the coach and players to the cognition and feeling of team's training program at present, sum up the training question of the baseball team of the duty and offer the suggestion of improving on the practice according to the results. The major findings are listed as follows:
Firstly, the senior players in cognition of the training program of the organization needs are higher than the younger players.
Secondly, players with regular position have higher task needs cognition , among them the pitcher's cognition is higher than field players.
Thirdly, players from 3 years to 7 of seniority are the highest to every job satisfaction, but players of more than 7 years reduce job satisfaction gradually. The player’s age is getting along and with coach's group of job satisfaction.
Fourthly, regular players get higher job satisfaction than non- regular players.
Fifthly, there is no influence on job satisfaction by average monthly pay
