現今瞬息萬變的環境中,新產品開發的時間不斷的縮短。而新產品對國家可以提高生產力、競爭力與經濟成長力,對企業最主要可以創造利潤、提高競爭力與形象提升等,可說新產品對國家與企業的發展影響甚鉅。不同以往,獨自奮鬥的企業已經難以生存,因為大部分的產品是由協同公司共同開發出來。而案例式推理(Case-Based Reasoning, CBR)對於新產品開發面臨挑戰,包括設計有關協同公司如何加入CBR。隨著供應鏈管理設計案例的技術被發展出來後,如何推動協同案例式推理變得更容易,其共同設計新案例在舊有案例中搜尋為主要的研究議題。再者有關於CBRS管理安全性設計方面,必須確保資訊不外洩於協同公司之外。
Due to the business environment changes rapidly, the time for developing a new product is getting shorter than ever. The new products are influential because they will assist the nation to increase the productivity, the competitiveness and the growth of economics. They also facilitate the enterprise to increase the corporate profit and competitiveness and to enhance the corporate image. Different from the good old days, the independent enterprise is difficult to survive nowadays, because most of the products are developed jointly with collaborative companies. Case-based reasoning system for new product development faces the same challenge to include the design efforts of collaborative companies. How to incorporate the design cases into the existing case-based reasoning system is the major issue of this research. The mechanism of manage design cases along the supply-chain was developed to facilitate the collaborative case-based reasoning activities. A security management service for CBRS was also developed to insure the sensitive design knowledge would not be leaked collaborative partners.
