本研究之目的在於探討供應商協同大量客製化產品設計之架構問題,釐清供應商協同產品設計流程及實務作業架構。研究方法主要是以文獻探討供應商協同大量客製化產品設計的幾個重要議題,藉以建構在「訂做客製化」及「完全客製化」架構下如何融入供應商協同的系統,以助達成大量客製化生產之目的,並且利用失效效應模式分析、系統模擬以及實驗設計等方法,以南部某科技公司為實證對象,進行個案研究。研究結果顯示本研究所提出之供應商協同新產品接單與設計模流程輔以多階段分析方法,確實能夠為產業鏈上的製造商提供一套完整且快速分析作業策略的機制。
The research aims at treating the conceptual frame of supplier involvement in product design on mass customization (SIPDMC) and tries to investigate the structure of the supplier involvement in product design process and related practical operations. This paper mainly uses literature review as the research method to discuss several important topics of SIPDMC and construct an operation system of tailored customization and pure customization. Finally a technology company located in south Taiwan is selected as a practical case study by using failure mode and effect analysis and system simulation. The research results the structure of supplier involvement in receipting orders process and product design process, which is proposed by the research with analysis methods of several stages, can really provides a set of operational mechanism.
