一般人缺乏對動態性問題的處理能力,決策者也缺乏找出系統中複雜因果結構的能力,所以在建模時會採用「群體建模」方式進行。「群體建模」是指一個促進者(facilitator)與一群系統內的成員共同建構模式,通常促進者為系統動力學家。本研究目的在設計出一套輔助群體建模的資訊系統及搭配的建模程序,擷取出決策者的決策認知過程,建構出群體的心智模式。並提出以關聯式資料庫的ERD(Entity Relationship Diagrams)表示因果回饋模型,使群體建模可在分散式資訊系統下實現,利用描述決策/行動方程式的過程促進對決策行動的反思,並且可以察覺行動者之間的互動影響。本研究也發現人們對於心智模式的表達具有障礙,且無法定義明確的變數名稱。
People lack ability for solving a dynamically problem. The decision maker lacks ability for causing and effecting structure. Group Model Building is a system dynamics modeling which proesses in a client group that is deeply involved in the process of model construction. In Group Model Building, System dynamic researcher usually acts this facilitator. This paper is to create a information system to support Group Model Building, and refer to a process of modeling for it. It finds out the decision maker’s cognition process and group mental model. This paper presents a model transformation between Causal loop diagrams and ERD (Entity Relationship Diagrams) to support Distributed Information System. This paper uses the Decision/Action Equtation to facilitate self-examination of decision, and discovers interaction of decision makers. This paper discovers that it is difficult for representation of mental models, and no clear for defininition of variable names
