摘 要
可靠度改善為現代配電系統運轉的考量重點,架空配電饋線分佈幅員廣泛,其元件均屬於多年持續線上使用類型,其可靠度與其裝設的環境有極大的影響,由於各類元件的完整維修統計資料不易取得,傳統的可靠度分析方法難以應用於配電系統的可靠度分析。
本論文中利用台電資深工程人員的維修經驗,考慮設備使用年限及環境因素,提出以模糊數表示配電系統各元件之檢修期間及維修時間等可靠度指標,再以模糊計算之方法評估配電系統於維修期間的可靠度。
本論文由台電自動圖資系統內取得五條相鄰架空饋線系統予以模擬分析,結合饋線實際設置環境之考量分析之結果顯示,對配電饋線之供電可靠度的評估、巡視、檢點及維護工作具有高度的參考價值。
Abstract
Reliability indices of overhead distribution feeders depend on the environmental condition of the feeder locations that include chemical industry areas, urban areas, seashore areas, etc. In this thesis, maintenance experiences of engineers of Taipower Company for the components of distribution feeders are exploited to derive the fuzzy reliability indices of the components that are continuously run to the near-worn period. Convolutional fuzzy operations are used to perform the fuzzy reliability analysis for the distribution feeders. A practical distribution system selected from Taipower’s AM/FM(Automatic Mapping/ Facility Mapping) system was selected for computer simulation. It was found that the results solved by the proposed method provide subjective guidance for the maintenance of distribution feeders.
