無線網路技術與應用在國內已日趨成熟,行動數位學習(M-learning)衍然成為線上學習的新主流。雖然行動數位學習具有不受空間、時間限制及可攜帶性等優點,但在國內尚未普及。本研究以電信從業人員採用行動數位學習為例,以計畫行為理論為理論基礎,納入認知風險、科技接受模式與自由學習理論的觀點,提出本研究之理論架構,藉以預測及解釋電信從業人員採用行動數位學習的行為意向,作為提升電信從業人員專業能力與行動數位學習之推動或改善策略參考。本研究以問卷方式進行實證研究。研究結果顯示,直接影響電信從業人員採用行動數位學習之行為意向有態度、主觀規範、認知行為控制與認知風險四大構面因素,而認知易用、認知有用、網站內容豐富度、學習環境的威脅、參與程度與互動程度等六個變數則會透過態度間接影響行為意向。
The technology and the applications of Wireless Local Area Network, WLAN, have been widely used domestically. M-learning inevitably will become the new direction for E-learning. Although the advantages of M-learning does not limited to time, space, or portability, it is worth discussing the main reason of not being widely popularized at this current time. This research stands from the telecommunication jobholders’ point of view as an example, based on the rationale of Theory of Planned Behavior and brings into line with the viewpoints of Perceived Risk and Technology Acceptance Model and Freedom to Learn. As to forecast and to explain the behavior intention of the telecommunication jobholders using the M-learning and also used as to advanced the professional ability of the telecommunication jobholders, to promote the use of the M-learning, or to improve the strategy reference. This research is conducted by the using the questionnaire. The result of the research shows that the attitute, subjective norm, perceived behavioral contral, and perceived risk are the four main variables which direct affect the behavior intention of the telecommunication jobholders using M-learning. Perceived easy to use, perceived useful, degree abundant in content of website, study the threat of the environment, participate in the degree and interdynamic degree such six parameters will influence the behavior indirectly through the attitude.
