隨著環境保護及永續發展的意識提高,產品引發的環境衝擊議題更為水漲船高,對此,國際間已有許多相關的立法推動,歐洲最近更對綠色產品制定嚴格的相關法規(如WEEE及RoHS),針對產品回收及有害物質使用做一限制,因此,環境議題在供應鏈管理中造成很大的影響。企業除針對內部進行綠色創新以回應環境亦開始要求上游供應商須提供綠色零件及綠化製程。是以,綠色供應鏈管理(Green Supply Chain Management)順應而生。特此,本研究旨在以資源基礎論觀點了解企業於施行綠色供應鏈管理後,其綠化供應商能力及綠色創新能力(產品創新能力/製程創新能力/管理創新能力)對於競爭優勢之關聯性,以探究綠化供應鏈管理能否為企業帶來競爭優勢。
據此,本文針對台灣2006年12月前,通過環境管理系統—ISO 14000系列驗證之廠商進行全面性(1469家廠商)的問卷調查,回收122份有效問卷,採取線性結構方程模式驗證,綠化供應商能力是否影響綠色創新能力,並進而影響競爭優勢之獲取。
研究結果發現:(1)綠化供應商能力與產品創新能力、管理創新能力顯著正相關;(2)製程創新能力對於競爭優勢顯著負相關;(3)管理創新能力對於競爭優勢顯著正相關(4)綠化供應商能力會透過綠色創新能力此中介變數,間接影響競爭優勢。透過因果關係模式之驗證,研究結果將有助企業了解如何採用綠化供應商及綠色創新活動以獲取競爭優勢。
Due to Enterprises raise consciousness that is environmental protection and sustainable development. The products cause of the environment strike issues and increase accordingly. Owing to the restriction to the recovery of the products and use of the harmful substance, enterprises also begin to require their suppliers must offer the green parts or greening the process. Therefore, the environment subject causes in the supply chain management directives developed and adjust corporation mission.
Baced on Resource-Based theory, the relationships of greening the supplier, green innovation, competitive advantage were identified utility Structure Equation Model. The questionnaires were collected based on the enterprises of Taiwan passed ISO 14000 association before 2006.
The results of this research can be summarized as follows: greening the supplier demonstrated a positive association with the product innovation and the managerial innovation; The process innovation negative influence on the competitive advantage; A direct positive relationship between the managerial innovation and the competitive advantage; And green innovation plays an intermediary factor between greening the supplier and competitive advantage. The findings of this research can provide industry the reference to adopt the proper green supply chain management to building sustained competitive advantage.
