摘要
面對詭侷多變之市場競爭,企業莫不希冀藉由組織變革來提升組織績效。過去研究大多數均著重於企業流程方面的改善或是重新設計,較少由創新與價值加值之觀點去探討。本研究以創新五個層級作為理論基礎,分別討論產品特色、產品製造過程能力、管理過程能力、企業創新能力與關係管理來探索組織在變革歷程中如何創新並提昇價值以達成組織經營績效。個案公司是台灣某一ODM公司,在經歷長達一年的變革專案,透過深度訪談瞭解與探討在產品、流程、組織、結構與市場之創新與所提升之加值能力。本研究發現:(1)產品創新流程中,模組化之產品設計可縮短新產品研發所需之時間,並可收斂品質所產生之問題;(2)在流程創新中,跨部門之整合可避免研發、製程與行銷部門之衝突,並能提升與創造製程之品質與效益;(3)在組織創新中,藉由資訊科技可整合各部門之資訊,並強化有效的溝通協調能力與釐清責任之歸屬;(4)在結構創新中,個案公司配合策略發展,促使組織結構重新設計、重整、轉型,最後以事業單位之結構呈現;與(5)在市場創新中,發展不同之產品策略創新出新市場之發展。本研究亦加以討論個案公司在不同創新流程中之管理方法、主要活動與能力之提升所創造之價值加值,最後本研究並提出一組織創新過程模型。

Abstract
Facing the crafty and changeable market competition, the enterprise none who does not hoped for promote the organization achievements by the organization change. In the past studied the majority emphatically to the enterprise process aspect improvement or redesign, were less by the innovation and the value adds viewpoint to discuss. This research is based on innovation five-levels theory, separately discuss the product characteristic, the product manufacture process ability, the management process ability, the enterprise innovation ability and the relations management explores the organization how to innovate and promote value in the change process achieves the organization operation performance. The case company is a ODM Corporation in Taiwan, is experiencing a year change case, through the depth interview understanding and the discussion in the product, the process, the organization, the structure, the market innovation and what value ability promotes. This research discovered that, Time (1) in the product innovation process, module the product design may reduce the time of need of new product research and development, and may restrain the question of quality; (2) in the process innovation, integration of the cross department may avoid conflicting of researching and developing, manufacturing technology and the marketing department, and can promote and create quality of and the benefit the system regulation; (3) in the organization innovation, by the information technology may integrate the information of the various departments, and strengthen effective communication coordination ability and mix up the attribution of responsibility; (4) in the structure innovation, the case company coordinates the strategy development, urges the organizational structure redesign, rally, reforming, finally presents by the unit of institution structure; With (5) in the market innovation, the development of different product strategy innovate new market developing. This research also emphasize to discuss the management approach, major activity and the ability of promotion create added value of the case company in the different innovation process. Finally, this research proposes a organization innovation process model.
