本研究旨在探討領導行為、組織信任與組織績效之關聯性研究,以臺南市警察局為例證。本研究以臺南市警察局暨其所屬單位之所有員警為研究對象,發出400份問卷,回收400份,總計有效樣本390份。採用樣本結構分析、敘述性統計、信度分析、因素分析、效度分析、差異性分析及線性結構關係模式等分析工具。
研究結果發現:
一. 領導行為對組織績效有顯著的正向影響。
二. 組織信任對組織績效有顯著的正向影響。
三. 領導行為對組織信任有顯著的正向影響。
四. 領導行為會經由組織信任對組織績效有間接的影響效果。
五. 領導行為、組織信任與組織績效三者間,呈現顯著的相關。
The objects of this research are to study—The Correlation between Leadership Behavior and Organizational Trust to Organizational Performance—An Empirical Study of Police Administration in Tainan City. 400 questionaires had been distributed and retrieved 400 copies.The total useful samples are 390 copies. The analysis tools of t-test , analysis of variance, and LISREL were applied.
Here are the research results:
1. Leadership Behavior has obviously positive influence to Organizational Trust.
2. Leadership Behavior has obviously positive influence to Organizational Performance.
3. Organizational Trust has obviously positive influence to Organizational Performance
4. Leadership Behavior via Organizational Trust has influence of indirect effect.
5. Among Leadership Behavior , Organizational Trust and Organizational Performance exist remarkably positive influence.
