近年來發現電離層會受到大地震的影響而產生擾動。國立中央大學太空科學研究所於2003年起,於苗栗鯉魚潭水庫設立發射機,並於桃園國立中央大學、花蓮大漢技術學院、花蓮富里和南投埔里國立暨南大學設置四個接收機,以建構高頻電離層都卜勒探測系統,用來監測電離層擾動所產生的都卜勒頻移變化。本論文將分析探討高頻都卜勒探測系統觀測到之2004年12月26日南亞蘇門答臘規模9.3大地震之電離層同震效應,以及2006年12月26日屏東規模7.0地震之電離層地震異常前兆現象。
Recently, scientist observe ionospheric disturbances triggered by large earthquakes. To monitor ionospheric disturbances, National Central University has operated an high frequency ionosphere Doppler sounding system which consists of one transmitter at Liyutan Reservoir Miaoli, and four receivers at National Central University, Da-Han. Institute Technology, Fuli downtown, and National Chi-Nai University since 2003. This thesis examines ionospheric Doppler shifts of the cosesmic effects induced by the 26 Dec. 2004 M 9.3 sumatra earthquake, as well as the precursor signatures during the 26 Dec. 2006 M 7.0 Pingtung earthquake.
