臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

本研究旨在探討高職進修學校教師的工作壓力感受程度、個人面對工作壓力之因應方式及其工作壓力與因應方式之關連性，本研究採文獻分析法與問卷調查法，文獻分析部份在於探討有關教師工作壓力及壓力因應方式的理論與相關研究，問卷調查部份則在於蒐集本研究所需之實證資料。
本研究以台中縣市公私立高職進修學校為研究母群體，發出248份問卷，回收有效問卷205份，回收率為82.66％。使用的研究工具為「高職進修學校教師工作壓力與因應方式之研究問卷」，資料分析採用次數分配、平均數、百分比、t考驗及單因子變異數分析等統計方法。
根據資料分析，本研究獲得下列結論：
ㄧ、高職進修學校教師工作壓力感受屬於中高程度。
二、高職進修學校教師工作壓力，在五個構面中，以「學校外部因素」的感受最大，其次依序為：工作負荷、角色期待、人際關係及專業知能。
三、高職進修學校教師工作壓力因應方式，在四個構面中，「理性思考」最常被使用，其次依序為：「解決問題」、「自我調適」及「尋求支援」。
四、在高職進修學校教師背景變項中，有三個自變項，包含年齡、年資及學歷等在整體工作壓力感受達到顯著差異（α=.05）；但所有背景變項對於整體工作壓力因應方式未達到顯著差異（α=.05）。
最後，根據研究發現與結論，分別對教育主管單位、高職進修學校、高職進修學校教師及未來研究者，提出相關建議事項。
