摘 要
本研究旨在探討國小學童自尊、因應資源與生活壓力之關係，為達研究之目的，本研究採問卷調查法，本研究使用「生活壓力量表」與研究者自編之「自尊量表」與「因應資源量表」為研究工具，以台中市、台中縣、彰化縣、雲林縣之國民小學五、六年級學童為研究對象，共得有效樣本819人。調查所得資料以t考驗、單因子變異數分析、積差相關與逐步多元迴歸分析進行假設考驗，研究結果發現如下：
一、學童感受到的生活壓力中，依序是學校壓力、環境壓力、自我壓力、同儕壓力、父母師長壓力。
二、不同父母管教方式之國小學童在自尊、因應資源上都有顯著差異存在，父母管教民主之國小學童其自尊比父母管教嚴格之國小學童高；父母管教民主之國小學童其因應資源比父母管教嚴格之國小學童多。
三、不同性別、年級、父母管教方式的國小學童其生活壓力有顯著差異。其中，父母師長壓力方面男性學童大於女性；女性學童感受到環境壓力大於男性學童。六年級學童的父母師長壓力顯著高於五年級學童。
四、自尊與生活壓力呈負相關；因應資源與生活壓力層面有顯著負相關；自尊與因應資源有顯著正相關存在。
五、「同儕接受」、「自我效能感」、「家庭支持」能有效預測國小學童之生活壓力。
依據上述研究結果，對家長、學校教師與未來研究提出各項建議以供參考。

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among the self-esteem, coping resources and life stress of elementary school students. The measurements applied in this study included Basic Information Inventory, Life Stress Inventory, Coping Resources Inventory, and Self-Esteem Inventory. The participants were the fifth and sixth grade elementary school students. The obtained data was analyzed by applying Mean, Standard Deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson Correlation Analysis, and Multiple Regressive Analysis. The results of the study included：
1. Among all the life stress experienced by the elementary school students, school stress is always located at the first rank, and followed by the environment stress and self stress.
2. The elementary school students of different parenting style are significantly different in self-esteem and coping resources.
3. The elementary school students of different gender, grade, and parenting style are significantly different in life stress.
4. The correlation between self-esteem, coping resources, and life stress were examined.
5. Peer acceptance, self-efficacy and family support can significantly predict elementary school students’ life stress.
Based on the findings of this study, the researcher makes some suggestions for teachers, parents and further studies.
