2006年5月由合作金庫銀行併購中國農民銀行,成為國內分行家數最多的銀行,國內銀行屬於服務導向的產業,因為國內銀行家數眾多導致競爭白熱化現象,銀行經營者除了透過各項政策、考核制度及規章制度外,哪些變數會影響行員在一般規章制度外,出於自發性行為來促使整體績效有效地提昇。
本研究為了探討合作金庫商業銀行行員在工作上自發性行為的影響因素,利用問卷調查統計分析,以合作金庫商業銀行行員為母體,運用結構方程模式分析內部行銷、情緒智力、工作滿足、工作投入與組織公民行為之影響關係,以瞭解其管理意涵與擬定對應的服務策略。
研究結果發現:(1)內部行銷對工作滿足有顯著正向影響;(2)內部行銷對工作投入有顯著正向影響;(3)內部行銷對組織公民行為有顯著正向影響;(4)情緒智力對工作滿足有顯著正向影響;(5)情緒智力對工作投入有顯著正向影響;(6)情緒智力對組織公民行為有顯著正向影響;(7)工作滿足對工作投入有顯著正向影響;(8)工作滿足對組織公民行為有顯著正向影響;(9)工作投入對組織公民行為有顯著正向影響。
Taiwan Cooperative Bank (TCB) has become the bank with the largest number of branches in Taiwan since its merger with Farmers Bank of China in May, 2006. Due to fierce competition among various banks, domestic banking industry has been more and more service-oriented; therefore, this research aims to analyze factors that will encourage the clerks to better upgrade their performance voluntarily besides routine practice of organizational norms and systems.
To explore the factors influencing the discretionary behaviors of bank clerks in TCB, this research applies statistic analysis of questionnaire survey, with all clerks in TCB being the population, and conducts structural equation modeling (SEM) to examine the relationship among organizational citizenship behavior and factors such as internal marketing, emotional intelligence, job satisfaction and job involvement. By doing that, this research obtains better understanding of the managerial implications and related strategies.

The findings of this study are listed as follows:
(1) Internal marketing significantly positively affects job satisfaction;
(2) Internal marketing significantly positively affects job involvement;
(3) Internal marketing significantly positively affects organizational citizenship
behavior;
(4) Emotional intelligence significantly positively affects job satisfaction;
(5) Emotional intelligence significantly positively affects job involvement;
(6) Emotional intelligence significantly positively affects organizational citizenship
behavior;
(7) Job satisfaction significantly positively affects job involvement;
(8) Job satisfaction significantly positively affects organizational citizenship behavior; (9) Job involvement significantly positively affects organizational citizenship
behavior.
