動脈硬化是現代人常見的文明病,但是以往動脈硬化程度的臨床檢測方式容易造成受測者的不便,於是本論文研究團隊應用數位信號處理技術,設計了一套操作簡便的非侵入式動脈硬化量測儀,可大幅減少受測者的金錢花費及量測的時間,使用容易且不需要專業的人員在旁操作儀器。
但當該量測儀進行測試性量產時,發現到每一台量測儀所測量出來的數據都不盡相同,有時相差甚多,造成臨床使用上的困擾。為了確保量測儀的精準度及可靠性,本論文提出一套動脈硬化量測儀的標準校正程序,使用自行製作的一對二紅外線感測器傳輸線和多台量測儀,蒐集及比對人體脈波傳導速率(PWV)數據。藉由資料比對及量測儀內部電路分析,來找出其誤差源,並針對儀器誤差來源進行修正,最後再經由實驗數據蒐集,應用所提之校正步驟,並透過生物統計檢定驗證有效性。
Arterial Stiffness is one of most common modern disease, but in the past, methods used to measure the level of arterial stiffness cause inconvenience and sometimes dangerous to the testing subjects, thus the development team in this paper uses digital signal processing technology to design a easy operating and non-invasive arterial stiffness measuring instrument, this can reduce subjects measuring time and no need of trained specialists to operate can save the cost.
During the process of mass producing, we discovered the measuring results of different instruments do not match. To ensure instrument’s accuracy and reliability, this paper proposes a standard calibration procedure for arterial stiffness measuring instrument, by using self-developed one to two infrared sensor transmitting cable and multiple instruments, gathering and comparing pulse wave velocity (PWV) data. With data comparing and instrument’s internal circuit analysis, we can find out the source that cause inaccuracy, and then correct the inaccuracy. Lastly, re-run and collect the experiment data to verify the proposed standard calibration procedure.
