本研究之主要目的在於探討道路街塵之變化情形外,並將探討洗掃街對道路街塵之去除效率,以建立最適之洗掃街頻率,研究過程係以高雄市道路作為實驗路段,配合街道洗掃實場作業進行道路街塵負荷檢測,以探討其之變化情形,並深入分析各類型道路之最適洗掃頻率。
在本研究所選取的21條道路中,我們依照道路之街塵負荷檢測結果將其分為 A級(街塵負荷小於 5mg/m2)、B級(街塵負荷 5∼11mg/m2)、C級(街塵負荷大於11mg/m2)三個等級,經統計各等級道路之街塵負荷分別為 2.26、6.28 與 16.23 g/m2。而對於洗掃作業與道路街塵負荷之關係,研究結果顯示當道路在洗街前之街塵負荷愈高時,洗街作業對其街塵之削減效率愈高,最高可達83.3%,而當道路在洗街前之街塵負荷愈低時,洗街作業對其街塵之削減效率亦愈低,僅在 23.1∼32% 左右。相同之情形亦發現在坋土負荷之洗掃效益分析中;即當道路在洗街前之坋土負荷愈高時,洗街作業對其坋土之削減效率愈高,可達82.6%,而當道路在洗街前之坋土負荷愈低時,洗街作業對其坋土之削減效率亦愈低,僅在 22.1∼41.8% 左右。此外,由研究結果中我們也發現,當道路街塵負荷較低時,掃街作業之效益遠高於洗街作業,對於坋土負荷較低時,削減效益亦是掃街較洗街高,但是當街塵負荷較高時,則是洗街效益高於掃街。
就街塵累積速率來看,在本研究中我們發現,當道路之街塵負荷愈高時,其街塵累積速率亦愈高。而同樣的情形亦見於坋土負荷之分析結果中;即當洗街前之坋土負荷愈高時,其坋土累積速率亦相對較高。而另外我們也發現道路街塵之累積速率於洗、掃街之後,似乎各有所不同,A、B、C各級道路洗街後之街塵累積速率分別為0.41、0.69、2.06 g/m2,而在掃街後之街塵累積速率則分別為0.31、0.59、1.11 g/m2。
最後藉由道路洗掃效益以及街塵累積速率之分析結果,本研究推估各等級道路之洗掃頻率分別為:A級道路如欲維持在A級狀態,應維持在 9~10天/次的洗掃頻率,B級道路如欲提昇至A級,則其應維持在 5~6天/次的洗掃頻率,而 C級道路如欲提昇至 A級,則其應維持於 2~3天/次的洗掃頻率。
This study investigated accumulated variety of street dust and street dust removal efficiency by a flusher and sweeper. It aimed at establish optimal frequency of street washing and sweeping. This study explored main roads and cooperated with the on-site work of street washing and sweeping to sampling of street dust in Kaohsiung City, so as to discuss variety of street dust loading, and analyze the optimal frequency of street washing and sweeping.
Twenty-one roads chosen in this study were divided into three grades:A grade (street dust loading < 5mg/m2), B grade (street dust loading = 5 - 11mg/m2), C grade (street dust loading > 11mg/m2) based on the determinate results of the street dust loading. Through statistics for every grade of street dust loading, the result was 2.26, 6.28, and 16.23 g/m2, respectively. For the relationship between the street washing or sweeping and the street dust loading, the result of study showed that the dust loading was higher before street washing, the removal efficiency of street dust loading was higher for street washing work, and it could reach up to 83.3%. When the dust loading was lower before street washing, the removal efficiency of street dust loading was also lower for street washing work, and it was only about 23.1-32%. Same results were also found in the efficient analysis of street washing and sweeping of silt loading. When the silt loading of street was higher before street washing, the removal efficiency of silt loading was higher for street washing work, and it could reach up to 82.6%. When the slit loading of street was lower before street washing, the removal efficiency of silt loading was also lower for street washing work, and it was only about 22.1-41.8%.
Similarly, when street dust load was relatively lower, the removal efficiency of street sweeping work was higher than street washing work. When the silt load was relatively lower, the removal efficiency of street sweeping was also higher than street washing. However, when the street dust load was relatively higher, the removal efficiency of street washing was higher than street sweeping.
After the street washing and street sweeping, we found out that the accumulated rate of the street dust seemed to have difference between these two works in this study. If we focused on the accumulated rate the street dust, when the street dust loading was higher, accumulated rate of street dust was also higher. The same situation was also seen in the analysis result of silt loading. Namely, when the silt loading was the higher before street washing, the accumulated rate of silt was also relatively higher. The statistics for the accumulated rate of the street dust after street washing and sweeping was 0.41, 0.69, and 2.06 g/m2, respectively which were the accumulated rate of the street dust after street washing, and 0.31, 0.59, 1.11 g/m2, respectively which were the accumulated rate of the street dust after street sweeping.
Finally, through the result analysis for removal efficiency of street washing or sweeping and accumulated rate of the street dust, this study estimated the frequency of washing and sweeping for every grade of street was:If keep maintaining the street of A grade as A grade, the frequency of street washing or sweeping should be at least once per 9-10 days. If improve grade B to A grade, the frequency of street washing or sweeping should be at least once per 5 - 6 day/time. If improve grade C to A grade, the frequency of street washing or sweeping should be at least once per 2 - 3 days.
