本研究目的為探討高中籃球選手補充肌酸對於無氧動力及肝腎功能的影響;以20名健康的高中籃球選手(HBL)為受試對象,隨機分配分至肌酸組10名和安慰劑組10名,採單盲實驗設計,分別增補肌酸20 g/day(肌酸組)及麥芽糊精(安慰劑組)20 g/day,分4次食用,每次5g,連續服用7天;在實驗前、後,測量體重及皮脂肪厚度測量;並進行無氧動力測試,如60m、100m、垂直跳、立定跳遠、最大仰臥推舉。另抽血分析肝腎功能指數,如GOT、GPT、BUN、creatinine。統計方法以單因子共變數分析考驗肌酸組及安慰劑組前、後測之差異性,顯著水準定為α=.05。結果發現肌酸組與安慰劑組間60m(8.3 vs. 8.6 sec)、100m(13.6 vs. 14.2 sec)、垂直跳(59.4 vs. 54.9 cm)、最大仰臥推舉(152.9 vs. 146.1 pound)達到顯著的差異(p<.05),而體重、身體脂肪百分比、立定跳遠項目中,未達顯著差異水準;但肌酸組在立定跳遠進步幅度明顯優於安慰劑組。本研究結論為,7天適度的肌酸增補可增加高中籃球選手之無氧動力,且對肝腎功能無負面之影響。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of creatine monohydrate supplementation to the senior high school basketball players on the anaerobic power and hepatorenal function. Twenty healthy basketball players from senior high school (HBL)were randomly assigned to creatine group(n=10)and placebo group(n=10). The study was single-blind. Two group of subjects were supplemented with creatine(creatine group) and maltodextrin(placebo group)respectively 5g each time, 4 times for total 20g per day. The treatment lasted 7days. Body weight and thickness of skinfold were measured both in pretest and posttest. Anaerobic power was tested in the following items: 60m, 100m, vertical jump, standing long jump, and 1RM chest press. In addition, hepatorenal function index, such as GOT, GPT, BUN, creatinine were analyzed by drawing blood. The research method of one-way ANCOVA -analysis of covariance- was implemented to test the differences between pretest and posttest of creatine group and placebo group. The significant level was set as α=.05. The result showed significance on the items of 60m(8.3 vs. 8.6 sec), 100m(13.6 vs. 14.2 sec) , vertical jump(59.4 vs. 54.9 cm), and 1RM chest press(152.9 vs. 146.1 pound)(p<.05), between the two groups whereas no significance on the items of body weight, the fat percentage, and standing long jump. However, the range of enhancement of standing long jump was obviously superior in creatine group than in placebo group. The following conclusion has been achieved through the study that seven days moderate creatine supplement may increase the senior high school basketball players’ anaerobic power without having
negative effect to their hepatorenal function.
