網路電話系統中,多重註冊為其一項優點,使用者可為自己擁有的多項通訊裝置註冊帳號,且都對映到同一使用者,因此,須聯絡對方時,只需撥打該使用者的專屬號碼即可,不需一一連繫各個使用者的裝置,而本文便是在此基礎上,介紹如何依發話者的喜好選擇受話端的裝置,即是能夠依照在發話時的附加條件,自動對於受話者的各項通訊裝置作一喜好排序,以期能與最適合的受話端通話。
對於依照發話者喜好選擇受話端的裝置,雖然已在IETF的RFC 3841中有規範相關的方法,但在位址比對上的演算法,其採一次對全部的受話者位址作比較,得出順序後再進行連線,是較為浪費時間的,本文即針對此一缺點,提出討論,並進而提出改良的循序位址比對法,以及管線式比對法,其中循序式比對法是以最有可能接聽的位址依序進入比對,每比對一次,得出結果即進行連線程序,較原本的RFC3841比對法,可以減少不必要的系統效能,也能夠縮短所需時間;而管線式比對法,則是循序式比對法的改進,將原本在等待連線的同一時間,繼續作下一組位址的比對工作,如此更降低了整體的所需時間,這兩種方法皆能更快速的依發話者需求找到受話端。
本研究也將發話者喜好選擇受話端的網路電話應用在數學課程教育上,建置一網頁介面的數學學習線上諮詢系統,使得學生或老師能夠更快速、方便的連絡彼此,系統採用概念關聯架構的觀念,讓學生在發現課業問題時,能夠按照問題程度的發話條件,找尋到負責該課程章節問題的助教,線上即時詢問,以期能夠增進學習效率。

Multiple registration is an important feature in Voice over IP (VoIP) systems. With this feature, users can register several devices/locations with one logical number. In this environment, caller preferences provide a manner to define the priority for each device/location. Based on the priority, callers may select callee’s location according to their preferences.
For example, IETF has defined a method of selecting callee’s location according to caller preferences in RFC 3841. However, the matching algorithm of RFC3841 is time-consuming because it will process all contact addresses at once. Our research introduces a novel location matching algorithm for fast selecting callee’s location based on caller preferences.
In this thesis, we also develop a VoIP prototype system of caller preferences using the concept relation architecture for mathematics education. The system can automatic select appropriate teaching assistants to answer questions according to the concept relation of questions.
