教師智慧表現量表之研發及相關研究的探討
摘  要
「智慧」在生命決策的歷程扮演決定性的關鍵,過去的學校教育大都強調知識的傳授與智能的開發,很少討論智慧對人生的影響及智慧的重要性,又受限於智慧測量工具的欠缺,無法了解智慧的真諦並進一步了解一般人智慧的表現情形。本研究以自編的「教師智慧表現量表」為工具,針對臺南縣國中小學教師122人進行施測,以了解教師智慧的表現情形和影響智慧表現的因素探討。
研究的結果得到:1、「教師智慧表現量表」有理想的信、效度。2、教師智慧的表現情形屬於層次二至三。3、教師在屬於堅持自己認為是對的事,及屬於個人內在衝突情境的問題有較高層次的得分。4、教師在處理「解決工作崗位上的難題」,及在處理「人際間的衝突」的智慧表現較差。5、教師的智慧表現不會因性別的不同而有差異。6、不同年齡的教師其智慧表現有差異,年紀愈大其智慧的表現層次愈高。7、教師的學歷會影響其智慧表現,學歷愈高其智慧的表現層次愈高。8、不同職務的教師有不同的智慧表現,行政的工作經歷愈豐富,其智慧的表現層次愈高。9、教師的教學年資會影響其智慧表現,愈資深代表其工作經驗愈豐富,其智慧的表現層次愈高。10、生活情境與豐富的經驗交互作用,有助於智慧的發展。
The development and related researches of a wisdom scale for teachers

ABSTRACT
“Wisdom” is the determination point of life process. In the past, school education emphasizes the delivery of knowledge and development of intelligence. It seldom discusses about how wisdom would influence life and the importance of wisdom. Because the lack of wisdom measurement equipment, it is difficult to understand the true meaning of wisdom and how wisdom could reflect ordinary people’s behavior. This research used self-made “Teachers’ Wisdom Scale” as a test to examine 122 teachers from Tainan County junior and elementary schools in order to know their wisdom and which facts that effect their performance.

The study results include: (1) acceptable reliability and validity of Teachers’ Wisdom Scale (2) Teachers’ wisdom is in level 2 to 3 of the scale. (3) Teachers get higher score on the question when they think these things are right or these things belong to the self inner conflict situation. (4) Teachers get lower scores on the questions when dealing with the difficulty about their jobs and human relation conflict. (5) Gender won’t be the issue or influence point of teacher’s wisdom. (6) Older teachers get higher level influence of teachers’ wisdom. (7) Higher educational background get higher level influence of teachers’ wisdom. (8) People have longer administration working experience get higher level influence of teachers’ wisdom. (9) Senior teachers get higher level influence of teachers’ wisdom. (10) The interaction of life and experience enhance the development of wisdom.
