目前最熱門的線上影片分享網站（VLOG），成為人們上網生活娛樂的一部份，例如：Youtube，Google Video，MSN Video，I`m Vlog ,Soap Box等的Website為最多人使用及瀏覽。常常在工作休息之餘、用餐、等待朋友、大眾運輸上、美容美髮時等等環境下，都希望在這短暫時間中，看一些不須花思考及不具連慣性的長片，這些使用者可能在家中使用PC，或是在戶外透過PDA、手機、PNP及手提電腦等方式上網觀看影片，特別是目前掌上型裝置的影音功能普及，隨時隨地
都能觀看。
本論文實作了一套系統，讓使用者可以下載在VLOG上的影片，而不須一定要線上觀看，並可以依個人偏好搜尋關鍵字，及規劃下載影片的大小與時間，並可避開自己在使用電腦時的時間下載，省下串流方式等待的時間與佔用頻寬，並可加以珍藏喜愛的影片，並可透過掌上型裝置下載。

Currently the most popular online sharing video (VLOG) has become part of people’s entertain- ment when they go online. I would like to take some examples as following: Youtube,Google Video, MSN Video, I`m Vlog, Soap Box, etc. Those websites are visited and applied by most people. ,People are used to watching and enjoying some videos with easy and entertaining ways while taking rest, having meals, waiting for friends, on their commuting, and going salon. Those people may use PC, PDA, mobile phone, PNP, and notebook to watch the videos online. Nowadays, the function of video with hand-device is well widespread. It is so convenient for
people to watch and enjoy video at any place in any time.
The thesis implements a system which helps users download the video from the VLOG. The users are not asked to watch online. The users can not only search their favorite movies by using key-words, but also control the sizes and time-duration of movies while downloading. They can also avoid downloading the movie when they are using the computer to save their time and preserve available bandwidth. Moreover, the users can save and download
their favorite films by the function of hand-device equipment.
