飼養海水魚中飼料蛋白質來源常使用的魚粉,近年來產量逐年下滑且價格上升,將來恐有短缺之虞,故在兼顧生產成本及漁業資源下,尋求其他蛋白質來源乃重要之研究課題。在本試驗室先前的研究中,發現以植物性蛋白取代部分魚粉做為飼料中蛋白質來源對海鱺之成長並無影響,而本研究的目的是要想要探討能否在添加額外所需的礦物質後能更進一步降低飼料中魚粉的使用量。試驗一是飼料配方1中以60%的魚粉為飼料主要成分並添加預混礦物質;試驗組中的魚粉添加量降到0,改使用17.5%動物性原料(烏賊粉7.5%、南極蝦粉10%)、50%的植物性原料飼料(羽扇豆粉20%、玉米蛋白20%、菜籽粕10%),改變飼料中預混礦物質中的第一磷酸鈣、第一磷酸鉀、第一磷酸鈉添加量,試驗為期42天。試驗一的海鱺初重平均為84.26g;試驗結果中顯示以60%魚粉組的WG 139%、FE 64%為最高,添加第一磷酸鹽25%組的WG 87%、FE42%是試驗組中較佳的,以增重率及飼料中添加的第一磷酸鈣的量最迴歸分析,得到在飼料中無魚粉情況下,礦物質預混中的第一磷酸鈣最適添加量為26%
試驗二之對照組同試驗一;試驗組:第1組至第4組是同樣添加30%動物性原料(魚粉25%、烏賊粉5%)、40%的植物性原料(羽扇豆粉20%、玉米蛋白15%、菜籽粕5%),改變預混礦物質添加、無添加、20%及25%第一磷酸鈣,試驗為時56天,海鱺的初重平均為20.35g;試驗結果顯示以60%魚粉WG257%為最高,其次是30%動物性原料無添加礦物WG226%。根據試驗結果得知當飼料中添加25%的魚粉及其他蛋白質原料時,其飼料中的磷含量以足夠海鱺的生長,可不用額外添加含磷礦物質。
