本研究之目的，在藉由產業分析及競爭策略分析研究高科技材料設備暨廠務工程通路產業現況及未來發展趨勢，在台灣相關通路商競爭激烈，同時他們也面臨國際製造商競爭威脅，因此，面對此產業的快速變化及複雜不確定性如何發展出獨特的競爭策略及優勢是關鍵所在。
本研究架構乃運用產業析及個案公司的外部經營環境分析，做為產業競爭優勢及發展策略分析之基礎，並以SWOT 分析架構，以瞭解台灣高科技設備通路產業的優勢、劣勢、機會與威脅，並藉由個案公司內部條件分析探討優勢之形成，將所蒐集的資料依分析架構彙整得到初步結果，分析上述四大經營策略，進而提出完整研究報告並做成總結，再據此對個案公司提出未來發展的建議。，本研究將針對個案公司四大策略做探究，其包括：
一、區域擴展策略
二、多角化策略
三、研發創新策略
四、財務評估及其策略

且從研究中我們也提出五項建議:
一、擺脫代理的宿命，仍須勇於提升通路與技術服務。
二、區域擴展策略須注意效益分析
三、多角化策略儘可能以發揮範疇經濟者為優先
四、考慮與同業進行策略聯盟或整併，以達規模經濟之效
五、財務上仍需加強包括長短期的償債能力，有效的控制存貨，及適宜的應收帳款授信政策

This purpose of the research is to study hi-tech material/manufacturing equipment and facility integration distributor by industry analysis and competitive strategy analysis. In Taiwan, the hi-tech material/manufacturing equipment and facility integration distributors face the serious competition. Also they have to face the competition from international hi-tech material/manufacturing equipment vendors. Therefore, It is the key to develop unique competitive strategy and advantage to face rapid change, unknown and complicated of the industry.
The thesis structures apply industry analysis and external business environment analysis. The analysis theories are SWOT and competition strategy analysis to understand hi-tech material/manufacturing equipment and facility integration industry. Meanwhile, we try to find out the competitive advantages by collecting the public information of case company and speech of its leader in NTUST. Through the study of the case company, we could conclude four main strategies. The four strategies include
1.Regional Expansion Strategy
2.Diversified Strategy
3.Research and Innovation Strategy
4.Financil Evaluation and Strategy
And there are five suggestions from the research:
1. In order to rid of the agency’s dilemma, it is essential to upgrade channel and technical service.
2. Pay attention to the benefit analysis while developing region expansion strategy.
3. Economy of scope must be priority consideration while executing diversified strategy.
4. Consider expending the economic scale by alliance and merge with the same business.
5. Reinforce financial conditions including liquidation ability, inventory management and account receive control.
