論文提要內容:
過去的研究顯示職場友誼均由非正式組織來敘述,截至目前並無實證研究說明企業功能屬性與員工職場友誼究竟呈現何種關係,本研究目的由正式組織結構的企業功能之工作屬性驗証員工的職場友誼之關係。同時,也釐清兩岸員工工作價值觀干擾企業功能屬性對員工職場友誼之影響。
本研究是透過便利抽樣的方式,以兩岸在職全職員工協助填寫。總共發出1,550份問卷,總共回收1,242份,去除無效問卷或未填寫完成者192份,總共有效問卷為1,050份,回收率為70%。結果本研究發現:
一、五種企業功能屬性對員工職場友誼有影響,其影響不但存在各企業功能屬性,且主管與非主管兩群體對員工職場友誼發展亦有所不同。主管對員工職場友誼發展均大於非主管。
二、本研究加入干擾變數工作價值觀後,發現生產、人資、研發與財務四企業功能屬性即背景文脈因素對職場友誼之影響勝過員工工作價值觀即個人因素之影響。且台灣不論是主管/非主管對員工職場友誼之關係均大於大陸,此為本研究意外之發現。

The Study on Business Functional Attributes to Employee

ABSTRACT
Past researches showed the employee workplace friendship by the informal organization. There has no empirical study examined the relationships between business functional attribute and workplace friendships. Therefore, the purpose of this study try to examine the influences of business functional attributes to workplace friendships. Simultaneously, to clarify the moderating effect of work value between business functional attributes and workplace friendships cross strait.
1550 questionnaires in total, separate equally to China and Taiwan full-time employee in five different business functional attributes. 1050 questionnaires are validity in 1242 returned in total. This study results were as below:
The results of this study showed clearly that five different business functional attributes not only affect workplace friendships but also has significant difference between managers and non-managers. If separately examined every different business functional attributes, managers workplace friendships developed are all better than non-managers.
Concerning the moderating effect of “work value”, this study results showed that manufacturing, HRM, R&D, and Financing, these four business functional attributes as its context are stronger influences than individual “work value” to their workplace friendships. If “work value” included, Taiwan managers’ and non-managers’ workplace friendships are better than those of China in all five different business functional attributes. This is the unexpected finding of this study.
