隨著金融開放、科技發展、及市場全球化之趨勢,使全球的金融版圖正逐漸改變。面對金融市場新興的挑戰,企業須擁有厚實的核心競爭力和強勢的文化特質,方能因應快速變化的環境。
目前國內外已陸續發表許多有關企業文化、智慧資本、以及經營績效議題之研究,但國內有關於金融業之智慧資本管理、應用情形與企業文化、智慧資本對經營績效的影響情況則付之闕如。因此本研究主要目的欲釐清並分析金融產業合併存續公司之企業文化、智慧資本對經營績效之間彼此的交互影響關係。最終本研究將提供實證性的分析結論做為實務界參考與應用之依據。
本研究乃是以台灣金融控股公司為實證範圍,以問卷調查之方法進行實證研究,研究樣本則以整體金融控股公司(合併存續公司)之主管與員工為研究對象,以下則為本研究之重要結論:
一、企業文化、智慧資本與經營績效間皆具有顯著正向相關。
二、企業文化對智慧資本具有互動影響性。
三、企業文化對經營績效具有互動影響性。
四、智慧資本對經營績效具有正向之互動影響性。
五、人力資本對結構資本與關係資本皆具有正向互動影響。
六、關係資本對結構資本具有正向之互動影響性。

Global finance map has been changed gradually because of the tendency towards. Business nowadays needs to have a more flexible adjustment, core competitive edge, and strong cultural characteristics, for encountering the quick changing environment of the liberalization and the internationalization of financial markets.
Recently, experts at home and abroad have announced lots of research about cor-porate cultures, intellectual capital, and the issues about operating performances. Nev-ertheless, those areas of research in Taiwan are not enough. Therefore, the main pur-pose of this research is to clarify and analyze the interaction between corporate culture of financial industry mergers and intellectual capital of the business performances. At last, this research will provide the conclusion of positive conclusions of the analysis as a reference and practical sides of application basis.
This research is based on many empirical examples about the scope of the financial holding companies in Taiwan and the result of questionnaires about the related empiri-cal study, and the research samples are mainly according to the overall staff and super-intendents in financial holding companies (Merger survival of the company).
The following is the main conclusions of this research:
1.Corporate culture, intellectual capital, and operating performance have positive correlation.
2.Corporate culture has an interactive impact on intellectual capital.
3.Corporate culture has an interactive impact on operating performance.
4.Intellectual capital has positive interactions on the business performance.
5.Human capital has positive interactions on structural capital and relational capi-tal.
6.Relational capital has positive interactions on structural capital.
