Most employees in the organizations work as the role of individuals in society. However, with the increase of teamwork, the number of contribution for teams decline with the participation of increasing team members. The present management style has already been trended to the management style of team works that expects to be able with team unity to improve the efficiency and competitiveness of the whole.
For expanding the epistemic sphere on social loafing, the research use the big five model as an independent variable to explore the relationships in both employee psycho-logical the big five model and social loafing. Through the control variable, we can clar-ify further the relationships on both two variables.
The research group is mainly discuss the factors such as the characteristics of pub-licist. The result came to 543 transversely effective samples. By the examination of hi-erarchical regression analysis and the analysis showed that Agreeableness, Conscien-tiousness, Extraversion and Openness to experience, independent Big-Five personality factor are significant and negatively relation with social loafing. Emotional stability, independent Big-Five personality factor are negatively relation with social loafing and is not significant .
