本研究主要採用多層次分析法,探討團隊成員之工作熱愛對團隊效能的影響,並以團隊領導者之領導風格為干擾變數。在個人層次探討工作熱愛對團隊效能之影響,在團隊層次則探討團隊工作熱愛對團隊效能之影響,並以領導風格為干擾變數。施測對象為某教學醫院之醫療團隊,共收集40個醫療團隊,包括領導者40人,團隊成員298人,從對偶分析層次切入,以階層線性模式統計分析發現:個人層次部份(1)工作熱愛對團隊效能有顯著影響;在團隊層次部份(2)團隊工作熱愛對團隊效能之積極有顯著正向影響;(3)團隊工作熱愛對團隊效能之整體效能有顯著正向影響;(4)領導風格〈轉換型、交易型、家長型〉會干擾團隊工作熱愛對團隊積極性及整體效能的影響。
This study applied a Multilevel Analysis design and recruited medical teams in a teaching hospital as the subject, and aimed to investigate the effect of team member’s engagement on team effectiveness, and examined the moderating effect of different types of leadership styles on the relationship between team engagement and team effectiveness. The individual level, we aimed to discuss the relationship of engagement to team effectiveness. Next in team level, we aimed to examine the effect of team member’s engagement on team effectiveness, and then examined the moderating effect of different types of leadership styles on the relationship between team engagement and team effectiveness. Using Hierarchical Linear Modeling (HLM), this study analyzed data from 40 medical teams including 40 team leaders and 298 team members, and started with dual analysis.
Results showed that the individual level:(1) work engagement had a positive effect on the proactive of team effectiveness; in team level: (2) team engagement had a positive effect on team proactive of team effectiveness, (3) team engagement had a positive effect on team effectiveness in general, and (4) Leadership styles (Transformational, Transactional, and Paternalistic) moderated team members'' team proactive of team engagement and team effectiveness in general.
