The purpose of this research is to investigate the influences of entrepreneurship and transformational leadership of an enterprise on its organizational learning, organizational innovation and organizational performance. After a survey of literature and interviewing of several businesses, we obtained a preliminary finding: 1. Entrepreneurship is a basic drive that can influence all the strategic behaviors of an enterprise. It has a positive influence on organizational learning and is helpful for organizational innovation as well. 2. Transformational leadership is another important influence factor having a positive influence on organizational learning as well as on organizational innovation. 3. Organizational learning is positively related with organizational innovation. 4. Both organizational learning and organizational innovation are helpful for organizational performance. Following this preliminary results, we develop all the hypotheses. We also investigate the top 1000 Taiwanese manufacturers issued by Commonwealth magazine of Taiwan in 2006 to precede an empirical study. And the linear structure equation model and LISREL 8.57 of software for data analyses are used to verify the hypotheses and furtherly, we fund that the organizational performance has been promoted by organizational innovation, the organizational innovation has been aroused by organizational learning atmosphere and leaders with entrepreneurship, and the finally, organizational learning atmosphere has been cultivated by leaders with both entrepreneurship and transformational leadership.
