本研究欲探討無形資產與新產品開發績效之間是否存在著相互影響的關係。此外、企業內部各個部門的整合有助於無形資產更有效率與有效果的在企業內部施行。而組織承諾在於內部員工如何看待企業,進而傾向願意與組織共同進退,並且會努力達成組織的目標,因此員工的支持對企業來說也是企業成功的關鍵,所以跨部門整合與組織承諾是否能夠提升企業的無形資產對新產品開發績效的影響,也是本研究探討的重點。
本研究樣本的選取是針對台灣的综合旅行社與甲種旅行社為研究母體,以實體問卷方式做為蒐集實證資料之工具,本研究總共寄發1411份問卷,有效問卷共182份,透過研究實證結果,本研究發現以下的結論:無形資產對新產品開發績效、組織承諾與跨部門整合皆有正向影響。 另外、跨部門整合對新產品開發績效有正向影響,並且跨部門整合會對無形資產與新產品開發績效間的關係產生顯著的中介效果。
This research attempted to discover if there’s an existing correlation between intangible assets and new products development performance. In addition, the cross-function integration helps intangible assets work more effectively and sufficiently within enterprises. Organization commitment elaborates how employees regard the company and their incentives to work with the organization and achieve organizational goals. Hence, employees’ support is also a key for the success of a company; accordingly, this study also examined if the cross-function integration and organization commitment would increase the impact of intangible assets on the result of new product development.

In this research, samples are taken from the population of the consolidated travel agencies and A-travel agencies in Taiwan, and questionnaires method was used to collect data. In this research, 1411 questionnaires were issued, and 182 questionnaires were valid. After examining the empirical research results, conclusions of this study are as follows: Intangible asset has a positive effect on new product development performance, organization commitment and cross-function integration. In addition, cross-function integration has a positive effect on new product development performance and cross functional integration has a significant mediating effect between intangible assets and new product development performance.
