科技的日新月異,帶領著企業組織邁入知識經濟的時代,而面對競爭日趨激烈的商業環境,企業需要不斷的取得新知識與新技術,以維持本身的競爭優勢。而研發聯盟形式便是提供一個學習平台,使企業組織在追求經濟性目的的同時,亦可透過聯盟合作接觸到產業中其他廠商特有的知識與技術。但是,有接觸知識的機會並不代表即可取得知識;在現實情況下,組織學習、知識取得並非成功實現於各個研發聯盟當中。本研究的目的便在於了解影響知識取得的因素為何?本研究以南港軟體工業園區為研究樣本,共計回收70份有效樣本。

本研究經由實證資料與路徑分析(Path Analysis),證實知識可接近性與知識取得有效性對於知識取得成效扮演重要的中介角色,而關係開放性、知識內隱性經由知識可接近性對知識取得成效產生影響,而知識連結機制、知識基礎差異性經由知識取得有效性對知識取得成效產生影響。
The fast development of advanced technology has brought organizations into the age of knowledge economy. Facing the business environment of bitter competition, organizations need to keep acquiring new knowledge and skills to maintain the advantage of competition. Here, R&D alliance provide a platform to organizations to achieve economical goals and meantime contact the specific knowledge and skills which owned by other firms. But, even organizations can contact the specific knowledge and skills which owned by other firms, the knowledge acquisition still can not realize in every R&D alliance. Therefore, the main purpose of this study is to understand the factors that influence knowledge acquisition, and based on a sample of 70 firms in Nankang Software Park.

By empirically investigated data and path analysis, this study examined the impact of knowledge accessibility, knowledge acquisition effectiveness and their antecedents on knowledge acquisition. Then this study proved the critical role played by knowledge accessibility as a mediator of relationship openness and knowledge tacitness, and knowledge acquisition effectiveness as a mediator of knowledge connections and knowledge relatedness on knowledge acquisition.
