人體計測為產品設計的核心,因此為了達到大量客製化的產品設計,人體計測扮演著關鍵的角色,本研究的主要目的為比較直接量測法、影印影像量測法和數位影像量測法所量測的外耳尺寸之差異。本研究選擇30位擁有正常外耳的受測者進行量測,並且運用直接量測法、影印影像量測法和數位影像量測法,三種方法來量測外耳的兩個不同尺寸(耳翼長和耳翼寬)。在數位影像量測法當中,利用影像編輯軟體(Photoshop 7.0)來調整影像的明亮、對比和尺寸,使得影像更容易清楚辨識,另外使用CorelDRAW軟體之度量功能的垂直度量和水平度量,來量測耳翼長和耳翼寬的尺寸,將影像中兩個明確的標記點相互比照,可容易且精準的獲取外耳尺寸。運用三種技術分別量測三次,以評估量測之重複準確性。其重複量測分析結果顯示,量測的三種方法間沒有顯著的差異。另外,雖然三種方法在統計上沒有明顯的不同,但直接量測法的量測標準差相對於影印影像量測法和數位影像量測法為大。後續的研究應該更進一步的探討量測法變異發生的潛在因素。
Anthropometry is considered the very ergonomic core of any attempt to design. The purpose of this study was to comparison of direct clinical, scanning from photocopier and digital photogrammetric measurements in the external ear. Thirty subjects were selected for this study. Further, two different dimensions of the external ear (i.e. pinna length, and pinna width) were measured by direct clinical from electronic digital caliper, scanning from photocopier and photographic method from digital camera. In photogrammetric measurements, image editing software (Photoshop 7.0) was used to the optimize brightness, contrast, size and produce a clear image. Further, the CorelDRAW program has dimension tool to create a dimension line that measures the vertical and horizontal length between any two landmarks along the y-axis and x-axis respectively. Thus, ear dimensions could be calculated easily while comparing the two landmarks. Reproduction accuracy was assessed by comparing thrice measurements on each technique for obtaining dimensions of the external ear. Results of repeated measures analysis showed that these were not significant differences in length and width of pinna between three methods. In addition, although reproduction accuracy was not statistically different from each method, the standard deviation was larger significantly in direct anthropometry than scanning from photocopier and digital photogrammetric measurements. Further study and efforts should be examined potential sources of variance within a given measurement.
