本研究旨在探討南台科技大學96學年度應屆畢業生對工作場所的安全衛生知識與安全衛生態度之關係，並分析個人基本變項在安全衛生知識和安全衛生態度的差異。發放問卷採用分層隨機的方式，共發放946份問卷，有效回收610份問卷，有效回收率達93%。

經實證分析後獲得以下五項研究結果：
一、應加強大學生對工作場所的安全衛生知識。

二、大學生對工作場所的安全衛生態度趨於正向積極。

三、大學生之個人基本變項中，學院、安全衛生課程對於安全衛生知識有顯著差異，而性別與事故歸因則對安全衛生態度有顯著差異。

四、大學生對工作場所的安全衛生知識與態度間呈現正向相關，顯示安全衛生知識程度愈高，則其安全衛生態度亦愈趨正向積極。

五、安全衛生知識以「電力安全層面」、「辦公室安全層面」與「勞工安全衛生法規層面」對安全衛生態度具有顯著預測力。而其中以「電力安全層面」對安全衛生態度是最具有預測力。

The purpose of this study was to understand the relationship between safety-hygiene knowledge and attitude toward workplace in the case of Southern Taiwan University. The study also explored whether personal demography would effect on the differences of both safety-hygiene knowledge and attitude.

There were 946 questionnaires administered to the graduating students of the University of Technology with stratified random sampling and the respondents of valid questionnaires were 610.The response rate was 93%.

Using survey data from 610 respondents, the findings of the study were concluded as follows:
1. Safety-hygiene knowledge of students should be strengthened.

2. Safety-hygiene attitude of the students tended to be positive.

3. There was significant difference in different background variables to safety-hygiene knowledge and attitude of the students.

4. Safety-hygiene knowledge had positive correlation with the safety-hygiene attitude. In the other hand, the more safety-hygiene knowledge would cause the more positive safety-hygiene attitude.

5. The predictability on Safety-hygiene knowledge by safety-hygiene attitude.
