全球化的發展與競爭,顧客需求的難以預測、繁複且易變等,使得生產規劃的困難性大幅提升。不同於單廠的生產規劃,現今企業在多廠區之生產環境中,必須考量廠區間物料及產能資源之整合與共用、及時而適度地調整及平衡各廠區資源、避免單一廠區資源短缺或過剩的情形等。如何及時且有效率地監控各廠區間供給與需求狀態,因應各種供需不平衡情境的發生,調整與調撥訂單需求與產能供給,為多廠區生產規劃的主要挑戰,也為學術與實務尚未有效解決的問題之一。本研究提出一整合性銷產協調系統(IDSB),支援由各廠區取得供需資訊,以制定多廠區主排程規劃。IDSB並具有多廠區間銷產資源的調撥機制,以結合資源協調模擬各廠目前的供需狀況,衡量與分析模擬後的效益,重新規劃訂單、產能、與物料的分派,進行廠間資源的調度或訂單的調撥。本研究所提出的IDSB可監控各廠生產活動的執行,當有異常情況發生時,警示功能輔助企業之運籌規劃人員進行決策的制定。本研究並以一擁有三個製造廠區的紡織業為案例,從系統功能及企業運作說明此整合性銷產協調系統導入後的效益。
The difficulty in production planning has been escalated due to supply chain globalization, the more and more severe competition environment, and unpredictable and vacillating customer demands. Different from single-site production planning, the production environment challenging most manufacturing firms are multi-site productions that call for integration and mutual adjustments of material and production capacity resources among distributed plants. How to adjust and balance production resources (e.g. raw material, capacity resource and WIP…etc.) and allocate customer orders to avoid shortage or surplus at individual plants whenever unexpected demand or supply changes occur is the most critical while difficult in multi-site production environment. To the academic and industry circle, the problem of the monitoring of various kinds of demand and supply changes timely and effectively and the revise of prior plans about demand-side of order and supply-side of capacity and material is still left unsolved. This study proposes an integrated demand-supply balancing (IDSB) framework to provide a platform where the demand and supply information from individual plants is exchanged to assist the formulation of production plans, especially the multi-site master production and scheduling (MPS). The proposed IDSB system framework also embraces a multi-plants resource allocation mechanism to simulate supply and demands at individual plants, to evaluate the efficiencies or benefit of the simulated scenarios, and to re-allocate supply resources and order. With the IDSB system framework, the production execution of individual plant is under monitoring so that to support the alerts the occurrence of exceptions. To verify the effect of the IDSB system, the study also engaged a textile industry with three production plants as a case to illustrate the benefit of introducing this IDSB system on the systematic function and business operation aspects.
