本研究旨在了解台北市96學年度國小一年級新生語言障礙鑑定結果,以及分析國小一年級新生語言障礙鑑定測驗之信效度。研究對象為60名台北市及台北縣公立幼稚園大班語言發展正常兒童,及44名台北市九十六學年度小一新生語言障礙兒童。使用可攜式聽阻聽力檢查儀(MAICO MA40),修訂學前兒童語言障礙評量表(林寶貴,2007)做為效標。
結果顯示台北市96學年度國小一年級新生語言障礙以言語障礙,或是混合型語言障礙為主,沒有單純語言發展障礙,言語障礙以構音障礙為主要問題。國小一年級新生語言障礙鑑定測驗,有良好的評分者間信度(.85-.99)。本測驗依據相關理論、文獻、測驗所編製,具有良好的內容效度。詞彙測驗、開放問句、口語理解測驗三項分測驗與總分有高度正相關(.70-.85,p<.001),顯示本測驗具有良好的建構效度。言語及語言發展領域與修訂學前兒童語言障礙評量表有中度正相關(.62,p<.001),聽力領域與可攜式聽阻聽力檢查儀一致性達.95,顯示本測驗有適當的同時效度。
研究結果建議本測驗用於鑑定國小一年級新生語言障礙,是可信且有效的,但是仍有必要依據研究結果,調整部分測驗的題數以及切截分數。
The aims of this study are to understand the situation of the children with language disorders and analysis reliability and validity of the Speech and Language Screening Test for First Graders (SLST-FG). 104 children, who plan to enter the primary school, are examined. Among them, 44 children are with language disorders and the others are with normal language development.
The results indicated that most of children with language disorders have speech disorders, especially articulation/phonology disorders, or speech and language development disorders at the same time. There is good inter-scorer consistency (.85-.99) in SLST-FG test. SLST-FG makes according to relevant theory, document, test, has good content validity. It has positive correlation (.70-.85, p<.001) between subtest scores and total scores, while it has the proper concurrent validity, with positive correlation (.62, p<.001) between criterion referent test and SLST-FG.
The findings show that SLST-FG which is used to identify first graders with language disorders is reliable and valid, but remain essential according to the result studied to adjust subtest content and cutoff score.
