人在看電視時，不停切換電視頻道的手部動作，使電視畫面不斷的一閃即逝，形成幻化不止的流動光影，在觀者不斷地接收光影脈衝之下，電視所建構出的內容便開始對我們進行深層浸濡與催眠，於是我們的腦中開始產生幻覺，我們開始會認為電視所傳播出的思想就是真理，它所建構的世界就是真實世界；表面上，我們手中握有著操控電視的掌控權，實質上，我們是被電視所產生的流動幻象反向操控的。

在本論文中，作者將從視覺與電視媒體內容來探討「電視流動幻象下的浸濡」這議題。作者也提出兩件以電視的流動幻象作延伸探討之作品：第一件作品「浸濡室」是表達現代人被電視的流動幻象催眠附身，以至於所言所為都是電視傳播出來的思想，導致現代人喪失自我，只能任自己隨著電視所傳播出的流動幻象逐流；第二件作品「Somewhere Out There」，指現代人每天被電視訊息疲勞轟炸，在飽受電視的聲光摧殘之下，我們開始渴望平靜，企圖擺脫媒體的雜訊干擾，獲得心靈上的釋放，作者以桃花源似的電視圖像，顯影在平時慣於紛亂吵雜的電視螢幕中，象徵著在電視遙遠的彼方，似乎有著這麼一塊美麗祥和的淨土。

When we watch TV, the motion of switching TV channel makes TV program become a charming puzzle. If people keep watching TV constantly, it will hypnotize us deeply, and our mind will be controlled by the content of programs. We might start to use the saying from TV program or imitate the way of TV program did. Eventually our brain starts to produce illusion to believe the Dissemination is true and World of TV is real.” Ostensibly, we simply believe we can control TV by remote, but in fact, we are all manipulated by the streaming phantom in TV media.

As the matter fact, the author will discuss the issue, "The Immersion of Streaming Phantom in TV Media" in the following pages, from the both visual and media content. The author also sets two examples that related to this issue. First one," Immersion Room", expresses modern people are controlled by Streaming Phantom in TV Media, causes us to lose our ego and have no choice but to obey the thought that TV programs taught. The other is "Somewhere Out There", which refers to that the society was suffered from the immersion of TV media. Moreover, under the devastation of TV programs, we are strongly eager to get rid of the interference that TV media produce and attempt to obtain the release in our mind. The author made the Arcadia images appear on TV screen in order to represent that somewhere out there seems to have such a beautiful and pure land.
