I/I、I/D、D/D基因的分布情形為32%、60%、8%,女性選手為42.8%、52.4%、4.7%。 女選手則無論I/I型或I/D型均無顯著進步。 專項體能速度靶踢擊中,男性選手無論於訓練前、後,I/I型或I/D型均無顯著進步,女性選手則無論I/I型或I/D型均有顯著進步(p<.05),且I/D型明顯優於I/I型。

Abstract
It is a trend to evaluate athletes’ situation by exercise science in sport science area. If we could find out the specific gene the excellent tae kwon do athletes have and arrange apposite training. It would contract the training time and attain better prize soon. It will be a new trend in the future athletics activities. Many studies indicated angiotensin converting enzyme which affects cardiovascular ability may decide the key factor of human body aerobics ability. The athletes devote to the endurance sports depends on he or she has better cardiovascular ability because he or she owns the insertion type gene of angiotensin converting enzyme. Adversatively, if the athletes has delete type gene of angiotensin converting enzyme, may devote to the explosive force sports.
Purpose: In this study, we discuss investigate the effects of different Angiotensin Converting Enzyme Gene Types of Tae kwon do Players angiotensin converting enzyme gene type distribution and the difference of physical fitness after a eight Week training course. Methods: Participators in this study are 46 junior high athletes (25 males, 21 females). Collect saliva sample to analysis angiotensin converting enzyme gene. Administer give same exercise prescription training during 8 week program, Give the evaluation of basic and specific form test before and after the training.
Results: the gene type ratio of male athletes are I/I:I/D:D/D = 32:60:8,and the ratio in female athletes are I/I:I/D:D/D = 42.8:52.4:4.7. During the endurance training, there is no difference between male and female、I/I and I/D gene type and training. After training, the male athletes has obvious advance who has I/I gene type (p < .05), but who has I/D gene type has no specific advance. No matter what I/I or I/D gene type, female athletes has no advance after training. Despite gender difference, athletes have better explosive force with I/D gene type. In specific form test, male athletes have no eminent advance in kick ability after the training, but female have conspicuous advance after training (p < .05), and who has more difference with I/D gene than I/I gene type. There is eminent advance in reaction test, but no difference between I/I and I/D gene type. Conclusion: We discover the ACE gene type of tae kwon do athletes has no difference with gender but the sports performance. Gene I/I type has effects on cardiovascular ability of male, and gene D/D has effects both in explosive power of male and female athletes.
