本研究主要藉由情緒意象操弄舞者情緒反應,以探討意象時情緒反應與腦波的關係。實驗參與者為16位大專院校舞蹈系學生,實驗參與者須完成三種不同情緒意象作業及填寫正負向情緒量表 (PANAS)。所有腦波資料經扶立葉 (FFT) 轉換成α (8-12) 頻率,以相依樣本重複量數變異數分析檢測三種情緒意象於情緒左前額-右前額α波段之差異狀況 (F4-F3)。情緒量表分數以相依樣本T檢定分別考驗得分差異。
本研究所得結果如下:
一、舞者在PANAS情緒量表結果顯示,正面情緒量表得分:正面情境>中性情境>負面情境,負面情緒量表得分上:負面情境>中性情境>正面情境。
二、舞者在前額不對稱α波段呈現上,正面情境中右前額>左前額 (F4>F3),表示左前額腦波較為激發,呈現趨近行為;負面情境α波段呈現相反趨勢,右前額腦波較為激發,顯示退縮行為。
The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of emotional imagery (positive, neutral, and negative) on emotion and brain activity in dancers. Sixteen college students specialize in dance were recruited for this study. Participants were asked to image three different emotional tasks and fill out the Positive and Negative Affect Scale (PANAS). EEG data from five sites (Fz, Cz, Pz, F3, F4) are reported and EOG were also monitored. The EEG data were subjected to FFT transformed into α(8-12)frequency band and submitted to repeated measure . A paired t-test confirmed that the PANAS scores differed significantly on the dancer’s positive and negative affect in three conditions. The PA scales showed that positive condition was higher than negative and neutral conditions. The NA scales showed that negative condition was higher than neutral and positive conditions. The positive imagery task was associated with larger α band at the right anterior area than that of the left while the negative imagery showed the opposite. In conclusion, there was significant association between EEG frontal asymmetry and emotional imagery.
