近期震動刺激訓練已成為運動員要增強爆發力的另一種新方式,然而不同的振動訓練頻率對於神經肌肉適應效果尚未明確,且對於田徑項目的應用較少。因此,本研究目的是探討不同震動頻率的全身性震動訓練對於短跑運動表現之影響。
徵召27位台北體院大專甲組短跑選手為受試者,隨機分配成三組(控制組-0Hz,低頻組-30Hz,高頻組-50Hz)接受為期四週全身震動刺激訓練,其訓練計畫為每週三次,每次五組,每次請受試者負重75%最大肌力負荷,半蹲站在震動平台上接受30秒的刺激。訓練前後,以AMTI測力板擷取CMJ垂直跳(Counter Movement Jump)以及碎步跑、分段計時器測量30m衝刺能力、立定三步跳、Biodex測量下肢肌力表現(等長肌力、等速向心肌力、等速離心肌力)。採用重複量數變異數分析檢驗不同震動頻率對於訓練效果之影響。研究結果顯示:高低頻組於30m衝刺能力、CMJ垂直跳、等速向心肌力(股四頭肌及腿後腱肌群肌力) 、等速離心肌力(股四頭肌及腿後腱肌群肌力),以及低頻組股四頭肌等長肌力在統計上也達顯著進步(p<.05)。而控制組在四週訓練後僅在股四頭肌肌力部份(等長肌力、等速向心肌力、等速離心肌力)達顯著性差異(p<.05)。研究結論為震動組肌力訓練對於大專甲組短跑選手30m衝刺能力、CMJ垂直跳運動表現皆進步,以及動態肌力(等速向心肌力、等速離心肌力)收縮力量進步,尤其又是30Hz組進步幅度大於50Hz組。
