  當顧客需求變化愈來愈大,交貨周期愈來愈短的情況下,如何預估未來的需求以及評估最佳供應商,對供應鏈管理來說是極為重要的。而在現實產業環境中存在許多不確定性,故有效的管理與控制模式,應該將此不確定因素納入。
  對於不確定性考量的處理,本研究利用模糊理論來處理供應商選擇的不確定因素,將分別針對文獻探討所提出之各項供應商評估群組,先請學術界專家針對供應商選擇的重要性程度選出本研究之供應商評估群組,並依業界專家之專業觀點訪調結果,建立出供應商選擇模糊評估之隸屬函數值以及模糊規則庫,建置第一層之各項供應商能力績效評估群組,以整合後之結果建構出第二階層供應商選擇模糊評估群組,用此種階層式的模糊評估群組建構方式彙整,建立出供應商選擇模糊評估之結果,以分析選擇最適當的供應商。
  本研究過程係利用模糊德菲法的概念,依整合之階層式模糊評估群組結合MATLAB模糊套裝軟體,建構出一套分析供應商選擇之推理計算模式,並以電子裝配產業作為實證參考,其目的在於能夠以現實環境條件下作為考量,來選擇符合需求之最佳供應商。
  It is important in terms of supply chain management regarding how to predict future demand and evaluate the best supplier at a time when the change of clients’ demands becomes more and more divided and the product delivery cycle becomes shorter and shorter. In the real industrial environment, however, many uncertainties do exist. Therefore, an effective management and control model must consider those uncertain factors.
  Considering the uncertainty, this study applied the Fuzzy Theory to handle those uncertain factors for supplier selection. First of all, experts in the academic circle were invited to select supplier evaluation groups for this study based on the level of importance when making the selection from each supplier evaluation group proposed in literature discussions. Then according to industrial experts’ professional viewpoints obtained from interview results, the subordinate function value of supplier selection fuzzy evaluation and the Fuzzy Rule Base were established, and the first layer of evaluation group regarding each supplier’s ability and efficiency was set up. An integrated result was used to set up the second layer of supplier selection fuzzy evaluation group. Using this kind of hierarchical based construction method to sort out the fuzzy evaluation groups, the result of supplier selection fuzzy evaluation could be established and the most appropriate supplier could be selected.
  This study applied the concept of Fuzzy Delphi Method in collaboration with the integrated hierarchical based fuzzy evaluation groups and MATLAB fuzzy software to establish an inferential computing model to analyze supplier selection, and chose the electronic assembly industry to conduct an empirical research as reference. The purpose is to be able to select the best supplier that fulfills the need when the real situation is considered.
