當企業中有一新專案成立時,正確的挑選人才來組織一個團隊是非常重要的。專案的成功在於團隊中每一位成員要能有責任感,且於團隊中充分發揮適當的相互溝通、協調與合作等社交行為。現今,專案主持人(經理)常憑藉個人經驗、資訊與感覺去組織掌握專案團隊,當考量到團隊成員各種社交性因素時,以做出合理的決策行為成為專案團隊形成、乃至執行期間時就常面臨繁瑣與不確定的決策問題。因此,本論文以軟體代理人BDI(Belief, Desire, Intention)的行為模式建構探討專案團隊成員角色中的感知、人與人之間相互影響以及角色本身能力的各種情感表現在合理的決策行為,其中社交行為特徵值以模糊變數集合表示,運用模糊規則於代理人社群中進行互動與推理決策行為;進而提出代理人式專案管理系統(AbPMS)去模擬專案成員社交行為與相互影響中對其專案管理初始配置與緊急狀況時人力調配之克服,提供專案主持人(經理)在人力資源問題之解決。
When a new project starting, the correct selection of people to integrate into a work team in order to carry on the project is not trivial. The success of a project is greatly due to the personal responsibility of each team member, and to an adequate communication, collaboration and co-operation among the team members. In addition, emotions also play a critical role in rational decision-making, perception, human interaction, and human intelligence. Nowadays, the team selection process is typically done by one person (a manager) based on his past experience and his own information about the people’s competence and availability. Propose an Agent-based Project Management System (AbPMS) to simulate the interaction of a team member with other team members and with the tasks of a project. Software [BDI(Belief, Desire, Intention)] agents are used for modeling social human behavior at work, where human characteristics are represented by a set of fuzzy values, model the interaction between the agents to generate the possible performance of a work team are modeled by fuzzy rules. Several simulation scenarios are executed with the hypothetical team to help project manager estimate team performance in charge of a specific project.
