This dissertation is mainly using two ‘role theory’ and ‘social identity theory’. The main propose is to analysis the growth of new entrant teachers’ creative role identity. It is adopting linear growth model of hierarchical linear modeling to analysis the trend on new entrant teachers’ creative role identity and creative teaching performance. Furthermore, it not only surveies perceived others expectations for creative and self-views of creative behavior his which influence new entrant teachers’ creative role identity growth model but also the new entrant teachers’ creative role identity how to influence creative teaching performance growth model. There are four goals in this research: first, searching growth trajectory on new entrant teachers’ creative role identity; second, searching others expectations for creative and self-views of creative behavior influence creative role identity growth trajectory; third, searching growth trajectory on new entrant teachers’ creative teaching perforamnce; fourth, searching creative role identity influence creative teaching perforamnce growth trajectory. The purposive sampling of fifty testees has been randomly chosen from new entrant teachers in either Tainan City or County. There fifty testees are tested longitudinal study four times during a year, in other words, they are tested every three months. The results are as follows: The linear growth of creative role identity is not well perform; The perceived others expectations for creative can be directly influencing the growth of creative role identity. The self-views of creative behavior will affect the growth of creative role identity. The linear growth of creative teaching performance is not well perform. The creative role identity will directly affect new entrant teachers’ creative teaching performance.
