本研究目的在探討文化創意產業內組織智慧資本對員工組織承諾之影響。本研究從文獻探討了解智慧資本與組織承諾之研究方向,確定智慧資本與組織承諾之意義及類別,並確定本研究的觀念性架構。從研究架構中,可明確掌握本研究各研究變項間的關系。本研究採問卷調查法,以國內外「智慧資本」與「組織承諾」文獻的標準化量表施測。在分析方法上,本研究利用階層線性模型(HLM)分析智慧資本的組織層次之變數,及員工組織承諾的個人層次之變數,探究二者間跨層次的關係,對各研究假設加以驗證,以及有關的統計分析(敘述性統計分析、相關性分析、信度分析)。綜合實證分析結果,本研究之主要發現為:
一、在人力資本方面,對員工組織承諾部份顯著影響。
二、在組織資本方面,對員工組織承諾負向部份顯著影響。
三、在社會資本方面,對員工組織承諾不具顯著影響。
四、在個人年資方面,對員工價值承諾具顯著影響。
最後,根據研究所得知,分別對文化創意產業內的管理者、員工與未來研究者提出建議。
This article explores the relationship between intellectual capital and organizational commitment inside of the Culture creative industries. The purposes of this study were to understand the current status of Intellectual capital and organizational commitment,
and to investigate the relationship between both of them. The research methods applied was questionnaire survey. In order to realize the purpose above, reading and organizing literature review were the initial step. Then, the questionnaire was adopted to understand of intellectual capital and organizational commitment in the culture creative industries, as well as to examine the relationship between both of them. In the analysis method perspective, the research uses HLM to analyze the organizational levels and factors regard to Intellectual capital and Organizational commitment. The analysis also focuses on the complex relations of these two components. The research will conclude with results and stats based on the academic examination on the hypothesis. (Analysis of narrative statistics, analysis of relevance, analysis of trustworthy)
To synthesize the result of Empirical Study, there are some discoveries in this
research:
1.Human Capital reveals partial effect to Organizational Commitment.
2.Organization Capital reveals partial negative effect to Organizational Commitment.
3.Social Capital reveals not effect to Organizational Commitment.
4.The influence of individual annual work counts to the value commitment in the model.
Finally, according to the study results, this study provided suggestions for manager and employees in the culture creative industries , and future researchers.
